As the Founder Principal of Delhi World Public School, Noida Extension, she has built a school where learning extends beyond the classroom and every child grows in thought, skill, and spirit. Her career began at Bal Bharati Public School, Delhi, where she later helped establish its Bhopal branch. She went on to serve as Vice Principal at Amity International School, Noida, before leading DWPS with vision and heart. Under her guidance, the school has flourished – earning the British Council International School Award (2018-21), Principal of the Year (2021), and the Best District Principal Award (2022-23). Holding an M.A. and B.Ed., along with certifications in Human Resource Management and Global Career Counseling (UCLA), Ms. Arora believes that education should ignite minds, shape values, and build resilience. A visionary and mentor at heart, she continues to guide her students and teachers to embrace change with confidence – preparing them not just for success, but for significance.

Ms. Divya is a valuable member of the Core Team at DWPS, bringing with her over two decades of experience in teaching senior grades at a reputed CBSE school, along with rich administrative expertise. A Delhi University Gold Medallist, she is deeply committed to fostering academic excellence and holistic development in students. With her exceptional guidance and keen supervision, students are inspired to excel and reach the pinnacle of success.

Ms. Sangeeta’s journey of more than thirty years in premier institutions reflects her dedication, versatility, and love for education. From leading cultural pursuits to strengthening language skills, she has touched many facets of student life. With her passion for innovation, she continues to shape learning spaces where children grow with confidence and global readiness.

Ms. Shakti brings over 20 years of experience, vision, and dedication to nurturing young minds. She has led the Global Montessori Plus (GMP) programme and received accolades including the IIHM Teacher Award, GIIS Star Award, and Teachers Glory Award.
