We cordially invite all parents to attend the Parent-Teacher Meeting scheduled for January 20, 2026. This is an important opportunity to discuss your child’s academic progress, social development, and overall well-being with our dedicated educators.

2:00 PM – 2:30 PM: Welcome Session
- Location: Main Auditorium

2:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Individual Parent-Teacher Conferences
- Location: Respective Classrooms
- Pre-scheduled 15-minute slots with each subject teacher
- Review of academic performance and progress reports
- Discussion of strengths and areas for improvement
- Personalized learning strategies
- Behavioral and social development updates
- Q&A with teachers

Appointment Scheduling
To ensure efficient time management and avoid long waiting times, we have implemented a pre-booking system:
- Parents will receive an email with their personalized meeting schedule
- Each appointment slot is 15 minutes per teacher
- Schedule includes time with Class Teacher and subject teachers
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your first scheduled appointment

Important Guidelines
- ✓ Punctuality is essential to maintain the schedule
- ✓ Both parents are encouraged to attend when possible
- ✓ Please do not bring younger children unless necessary
- ✓ Student attendance is optional (unless specifically requested)
- ✓ Mobile phones should be on silent mode
- ✓ Photography inside classrooms is not permitted
- ✓ Parking available in designated areas only

Refreshments
Light refreshments will be served in the School Cafeteria from 2:00 PM onwards. Parents are welcome to use this space between appointments.
Unable to Attend?
If you are unable to attend the Parent-Teacher Meeting due to unavoidable circumstances:
- Inform the Class Teacher at least 2 days in advance
- Alternative meeting can be scheduled during school hours (by appointment)
- Virtual meeting option available via video conference
- Progress reports will be sent via email
Follow-Up Support
After the PTM, parents can:
- Schedule follow-up meetings if needed
- Communicate with teachers via school email system
- Access student progress through parent portal
- Request additional support or resources
